Delivering With Difference is my vision, and has evolved after having spent more than two decades working across a variety of public services, and I am now offering others the opportunity to work with me to achieve your goals.

The coaching and consultancy market is awash with well qualified and experienced individuals boasting a strong track record of their successes. But who defines success, and how is that achieved?

​

We have entered an era where the impact of the global pandemic has shifted the way people view their life priorities, and the world of work has to change as a consequence too. Things won't go back to the way they were. It is for others to judge whether this is for better or worse. One thing is for certain, it will be different.

​

In offering services in coaching, consultation and collaboration, my person-centred approach will harness that desire for difference and help you to achieve your version of success. It may take the form of a promotion, a pay rise or other tangiable measure. Or it might be a stronger sense of self belief, confidence and contentment that will carry you forward in whatever endeavours you choose.

Most importantly, the journey will be as unique as you, the person who is embarking on it. What works for you may not work for someone else. As it is claimed Einstein once said, the definition of ‘insanity’ is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. If that is you, I dare you to be different! Don't ask yourself why, ask yourself why not!
